Can I use an S Video to burn TV shows to DVD on my PC?
I know using a DVD recorder would be easier but mine just isn’t working right at the time. So, I want to know if I can hook my PC up to my TV with a S video cable and then burn what’s playing on the TV to a DVD.
if you have a tv-tuner or capture card with an s-video input on it then yes.
if you have a typical laptop with an s-video port than 9/10 times it is a tv-out only.
tv-cards can be had for $30-70 many places retail or online.
